The Answers You’re Looking For, All in One Place

Curious about our services, process, or how we work together?
You’re in the right place. These FAQs offer clear, quick answers to the topics clients ask us about most often.

1. What whole-home smart services do you provide?

We cover the entire journey from first idea to long-term operation.
This includes early-stage consultation, on-site surveys, network and electrical assessment, solution design and budgeting, device selection, installation and deployment, scene automation programming, testing and handover training, and after-sales operation and maintenance.
We can also provide single services only, such as solution design or scene-linkage optimization, if you already have part of the system in place.

2. Can an older home be upgraded to a whole-home smart system?

Yes. Most existing homes and older apartments can be upgraded with a whole-home smart solution.
We usually combine wireless products with carefully planned wiring adjustments, so we can reduce demolition while still keeping the system stable and easy to use.
After a site survey, we’ll propose a plan that fits your current structure and renovation plan.

3. How do you protect data and privacy?

The timeline depends on the size of your home, the complexity of the project, and whether it is a new build or a renovation.
In general, design and planning can be completed quite quickly after the site survey, while installation and commissioning are coordinated with your decoration schedule.
After we understand your floor plan and needs, we will provide a clear project schedule and key milestones.

4. How do you protect data and privacy?

We follow strict principles for data and privacy protection.
Wherever possible, core controls run on secure local gateways, with encrypted communication between devices and apps.
Access rights are managed by user role, and we do not share your data with third parties without your clear consent.
If needed, we can also sign a separate data and privacy agreement with you.

5.What kind of scene automations can your system handle?

We can link lighting, curtains, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, fresh-air systems, audio, security devices and more into one-tap or fully automated scenes.
Typical examples include “Arrive Home”, “Good Night”, “Movie Time”, “Away From Home”, and “Vacation Mode”.
We’ll design scenes around your actual routines so that the home adjusts itself at the right time without you having to think about it.

6. How do you support us after handover?

After the system is delivered, we continue to provide warranty service, remote diagnostics and function adjustments.
If you add new devices or change your living habits, we can help you fine-tune the scenes.
For important issues that cannot be solved remotely, we also arrange on-site service by appointment.

7. What do we need to prepare on our side?

Before design, it helps if you can provide basic floor plans (or measurements), your family’s main living habits, and a rough budget range.
If you are renovating, we also suggest sharing your decoration drawings and the contact details of your designer or contractor, so we can coordinate wiring and devices in advance.

8. Can you coordinate with the renovation and electrical teams?

Yes. We are used to working together with renovation companies, designers and electrical contractors.
We can provide wiring diagrams, devices list and reserved locations in advance, and follow up on-site at key stages so that the smart system and the decoration plan match perfectly.

9. Can your system integrate with underfloor heating, air-conditioning and fresh-air systems?

In most cases, yes.
Many underfloor heating, AC and fresh-air systems can be integrated through dedicated gateways, dry-contact signals or standard protocols such as Modbus.
Whether it is possible depends on the specific band series, so we usually confirm the devices info first and then design the integration project.

10. How do payment and contracts work?

Typically, we first confirm the plan and sign a service contract that clearly lists the scope of work, equipment list, and warranty terms. Payment is usually made in stages, such as a design/equipment deposit, an installation milestone payment, and a final payment after acceptance. The exact arrangement can be adjusted to fit the size of your project and local requirements.
